Citing Multiple References in Zotero

Zotero Citation Process

First, you need to install the Zotero plugin in Word. After installation, follow these steps carefully:

  1. Select the Zotero plugin in Word (ensure it's properly installed)
  2. Click "Add Citation" (if this is your first time, you'll see various prompts - click "Allow")
  3. In the red search box, click the small arrow and select "Classic View"
  4. Choose "Multiple Sources"
  5. Search for your desired references, then click the right arrow to add them
  6. Confirm your selection

Citing Multiple References in ivySCI

First, you'll also need to install the Word plugin. Installation is straightforward - click here to install.

ivySCI Citation Process

The process requires only two simple steps:

  1. Open the plugin - Word will display the ivySCI reference list on the right side
  2. Select the references you want to cite - choose multiple for multiple citations or single for individual citations. After selection, simply click "Cite" to complete the citation.

If you initially cite only one reference and later want to add more, the process is equally simple:

  1. Select the citation location
  2. Add the additional references you want to include, then click "Cite"
