Mobile Phone and WeChat Binding/Unbinding Issues
If both your mobile phone number and WeChat account are registered with the ivysci platform, here are the procedures for binding and unbinding them:
To Bind Your Mobile Phone Number to WeChat:
- Log in with your mobile phone number.
- Go to the settings.
- Navigate to the 'Personal Information' section.
- Unbind your mobile phone.
- Log out of the account.
- Log in with your WeChat account.
- Go to the settings.
- Navigate to the 'Personal Information' section.
- Bind your mobile phone number.
- Successfully complete the binding.
To Bind Your WeChat Account to Your Mobile Phone Number:
- Log in with your WeChat account.
- Go to the settings.
- Navigate to the 'Personal Information' section.
- Unbind your WeChat account.
- Log out of the account.
- Log in with your mobile phone number.
- Go to the settings.
- Navigate to the 'Personal Information' section.
- Bind your WeChat account.
- Successfully complete the binding.
Please note that once an account is unbound, it cannot be used for further logins, and the data within it cannot be retrieved. Ensure you don't lose your personal data.
How to Upgrade to a VIP Account
If you wish to upgrade your account, simply click on the 'Upgrade Account' button located on the left side of the desktop homepage. This will take you to the upgrade account page.
Please note that there is no direct option to upgrade the account on the mobile phone and iPad versions. The desktop version provides the most convenient option.
What to Do If You Don't Receive SMS Verification Codes While Logging In
If you are unable to receive SMS verification codes during the login process, please add the administrator on WeChat and contact them to find a solution. The administrator will assist you in verifying your phone.
How to Log Out of ivySCI Account
In the ivySCI software:
- On the homepage, click on your profile picture located at the bottom left.
- You will find an option to log out.
If you are using the Word/WPS plugin:
- Find your profile picture.
- Look for the 'Logout' option.

ivySCI has a human customer support team. However, before contacting customer support, make sure you have checked our help documentation and reviewed common issues.
When adding a friend, please use the following format for the remark:
- Joining a WeChat group: 'Join Group.'
- Inquiring about software usage: 'Inquiry.'
- Friends' circle benefits: 'Friends' Circle.'
- Little Red Book/Zhihu promotion benefits: 'Promotion.'
The administrators are friendly, but they are not robots, so ensure you have enough time for a response with human support. Also, please refrain from making video or voice calls unless the administrator requests it.
