Solution for Sync Issues Between Pad and Desktop Versions
Checking Steps:
Check if the IDs of the Desktop and Pad Versions are the Same
- For the desktop version: Click the avatar at the bottom-left corner to view the ID.
- For the Pad: Click the avatar at the top-right corner to view the ID.
If the IDs are Different: Log out of the version that is not in sync and then log in using the same method on both the Pad and Windows.
If the IDs are the Same
The data is actually in sync. It's likely that you have opened different projects on the two versions. At this time, just check if the opened projects are the same:
- On the Pad version: Click the top-left corner to select a project. The project list can be found in the dropdown list on the opened page.
- On the desktop version: Click the icon on the left of the project name to switch projects.
