Network Issues
Unable to Connect to Server
When we detect that the software is unable to connect to our server, the software will be unusable, including being unable to log in normally.
The software's inability to connect to the server does not necessarily mean your network is poor. Due to various reasons, even if our server is operating normally, your computer may still be unable to access our server. We currently have several strategies to solve this problem.
Strategy 1: Use Your Phone's Hotspot
Turn on your phone's hotspot: Cellular - Personal Hotspot. After turning it on, connect your computer to this temporary Wi-Fi. You should be able to log in and use the software. If you can connect, it proves that there is a problem with your original Wi-Fi network.
Strategy 2: Reset DNS
If Strategy 1 is not applicable to you, for example, if your computer does not have a Wi-Fi module.
First, make sure you are not currently using proxy tools like VPNs. These tools can sometimes have incorrect configurations that cause ivysci.com to enter incorrect proxy settings, which can make our service inaccessible.
Secondly, please reconfigure your DNS to Google DNS: 4.4.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 and see if it works.
Generally, after setting it up, you may be able to use it normally.
Strategy 3: Consult Your Network Administrator
If you are at work, please consult your network administrator. Our service needs to access domains under *.ivysci.com, and we hope they can whitelist this domain.
