PDF Issues

• If you encounter problems like garbled text or incomplete display in PDF, visit our special column for solutions: pdf garbled.

Does ivySCI support custom PDF bookmarks?

ivySCI supports native PDF bookmarks.

• If there are no bookmarks in the PDF, IvySCI will try to identify bookmarks, but the recognition effect depends on the PDF's layout.

• We currently do not support manually annotating bookmarks.

  However, if you really want to do it, we suggest adding a note and then adding a bookmark tag to the note. This way, you can achieve a similar effect to bookmarks.

Can PDF literature be downloaded?

Yes, after opening the literature, you can find a download button in the upper right corner of the reader. Click on it to download.
