Article Import Prompt: "The file already exists"

This issue occurs due to our automatic deduplication feature, which is effective in most cases but may occasionally make errors.

Solutions:

1. Same DOI (e.g., main file and supplementary materials):
   • You can only keep one file (usually the main file) and upload the other as supplementary materials.
   • Learn how to upload supplementary materials
2. Same title but different files:
   • Modify the title of the uploaded file by adding a space between any two words. This will allow the second file to be uploaded.

3. Incorrect DOI recognition:
   • Use the second method above to correct the DOI or title of the first file, then upload the second file.
